Hydro-solvothermal preparation of monodisperse CoO octahedrons

摘要 报道了一种简单、经济友好的方法制备单分散的CoO八面体.采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)及高倍透射电镜(TEM)对产物的形貌、组成、尺寸及微结构进行了表征.结果表明:所合成的CoO八面体为相纯的立方单晶体,其尺寸均一、形貌相似.研究了反应参数对CoO八面体的生长过程的影响.CoO八面体的生长机理表明正丁醇在CoO八面体形成过程中起着至关重要的作用. A facile and environmentally friendly hydro-solvothermal synthesis of monodisperse CoO octahedrons was reported.Morphology,composition,dimension and microstucture were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that the as-obtained samples are phase-pure and well-crystalline,easily indexed as the face-center cubic structure.Resuts also indicated that the CoO octahedrons are uniform in size and shape,as well as single-crystalline.The reaction conditions were investigated to the controlled synthesis of CoO octahedrons and the possible formation mechanism was discussed.
