摘要
采用简单的水热法制备了CoO截角立方体.采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对所合成的CoO进行物相和形貌的表征.研究了反应参数如反应温度和水热时间对CoO的形貌和结构的影响以及实验中对CoO截角立方体的合成控制.对CoO截角立方体的生长机理表明己二醇在CoO的物相形成和形貌控制中起着至关重要的作用.
CoO truncated cubes were fabricated by a facile and inexpensive hydrothermal process.The assynthesized CoO truncated cubes were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of the growth conditions,such as reaction time and temperature,on the morphologies and structures of CoO have been investigated,showing the controlled synthesis of CoO truncated cubes in our work.In addition,a possible formation mechanism has been presented,indicating that ethanediol plays a role in obtaining CoO truncated cubes.
