摘要
我国高职教育的发展历史比较短暂,心理健康教育尚处于探索阶段,因此,在教育中还存在很多问题。如何改进高职院校心理健康教育存在的主要问题,切实地提升高职大学生的心理健康水平,提高他们的心理素质,成为亟待解决的一个重要理论问题和实践问题。
The history of China’s vocational education development is relatively short and the psychological education is still during the phase of exploring.Therefore,there are many problems in this teaching field.How to improve the aimless education and students’ psychological health in order to enhance their mental diathesis is an important theoretical problem and practical issue.
