摘要
青少年心理健康教育不能是"就心理论心理"的单向度的教育,而应该进行多向度的整合。思维方式教育应该是这种整合的基本出发点,即以思维方式教育为中心,从主体内在素质的层面上,实现其与价值观教育和心理健康教育的整合;从外部影响因素的层面上,实现其与课程教育、家庭教育、同伴关系和社会实践活动的整合。
Adolescent mental health education is not one-dimension education for the sake of psychology, but integration of multi-dimensions. Education in ways of thinking should be the starting point of the integration. To take it as the center of education, we can realize the integration of value and mental health education at the level of internal quality of the students; and realize the integration of curriculum education, family education, peer relationship and social practice at the level of external factors.
