摘要
目的探讨护理程序在预防老年患者泌尿外科腹腔镜术后下肢静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性对照方法,将患者分为对照组和观察组,应用护理程序前手术的45例患者作为对照组,应用护理程序后手术的48例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组按照护理程序方式实行规范化管理,比较两组患者双下肢静脉血栓的发生率。结果观察组无一例患者发生下肢静脉血栓,对照组的下肢静脉血栓发生率为13.33%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.81,P<0.05)。结论护理程序应用于泌尿外科全身麻醉腹腔镜下手术的老年患者,可减少其下肢静脉血栓的发生,促进患者康复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing process in preventing postoperative thrombosis in veins of lower extremities of elderly patients after laparoscopic urinary surgery.Methods By retrospective control method,the patients were divided into control group(n=45) without the preoperative nursing process and experimental group(n=48) with preoperative nursing process.The control group underwent the routine nursing and the experimental group underwent the standardized management based on the nursing process.The incidences of thrombosis in veins of lower extremities were compared between the two groups.Results No thrombosis in veins of lower extremities occurred in the experimental group.The incidence rate of thrombosis in veins of lower extremities were significantly lowered in the experimental group than that(13.33%) in the control group(χ2=4.81,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing process can lower the incidence rate of thrombosis in veins of lower extremities and promote rehabilitation of elderly patients after laparoscopic urinary surgery.
