简要阐述心理契约的概念、内涵,分析心理契约在护理人力资源管理中的作用,并探讨了护士心理契约管理的构建与维护,促使护士与医院形成良好的心理契约,进而影响护士的态度和行为,提高护理质量。
This article described the concept and connotation of psychological contract,analyzed the function of psychological contract in the management of nursing human resources, and explored the construction and maintenance of psychological contract management,which aimed to promote the formation of favorable psychological contract between nurses and hospital, so that it can influence nurses' attitude and behaviors and improve the quality of nursing.
