摘要
选用5种药剂对茅苍术(Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.)苗期黑斑病进行田间药剂防治试验,调查其对茅苍术黑斑病的田间防治效果、茅苍术田间地上部分的死苗率及其地下根茎生长情况。结果表明,齐苗后每7 d喷施1次500 g/L的异菌脲SC 1 000倍稀释液,连续3次,对茅苍术黑斑病的大田防治效果最好,可达80.65%,地上部分死苗率最低,仅33.72%;70%丙森锌WP 500倍稀释液处理的茅苍术成株率为74.97%,一年生种子育苗的根茎收获量为2 635.5 kg/hm2。
In order to control dark leaf spot disease on Atractylodes lancea in seedling stage by field control,the mortality rate of seedlings and the growth of underground rhizomes were investigated.The effects of spraying 500 g/L iprodione suspension every 7 days for 3 times was significantly better than the others,as the field control rate wa 80.65%.When treated with tebuconazole WP,the rate of seedling was up to 74.97%.The yearly yield of rhizome reached 2 635.5 kg/hm2.
