摘要
以HZC20—Z系列轴承自动车床接料装置概念设计为例,探讨了功能方法树概念设计方法的应用,该方法符合并行工程(CE)的哲理.在方案的评价优选过程中应用了模糊评价法进行了评价,最后以设计实例的结果验证了上述方法的有效性.
This article probes into the application of the Function-means Tree on conception design, taking the conception design of the catching apparatus on HZC20-Z series ball bearings specialized automatic lathes as example. This means is suitable for the theory of CE. vague assessment method is adopted to evaluatethe appraisal and optimization of schemes. In the end, the results of practical example verify the validity of the provided means.
