摘要
以CA9220A实用型数控车床刀架系统的设计为例进行分析,主要进行概念设计阶段的功能分析和产生多方案方法的分析,应用功能方法树模型产生多方案的方法实际可以产生上亿个可能方案,并应用模糊评价法对产生的初步方案进行了优选,最后通过实际应用验证了功能方法树设计思想的有效性。
This article probes into the concept design of the knife rests on an NC lathe. The function analysis and many schemes are mainly completed for conception design stage. The application of function-means tree produces hundreds of millions of possible schemes. The best scheme is selected from the projects with fuzzy evaluation. Taking the concept design of the knife rests on CA9220A lathes as an example, the results of practical application verify the validity of the provided means.
