摘要
社会公平建立在权益平等的基础之上,文章分析了新生代农民工这一弱势群体信息权益缺失的成因,从加强农民工信息权益维护的制度建设,完善教育培训网络,提升农民工信息素质,创造和谐、平等、包容的社会环境,弘扬包容、平等的公共信息服务理念等方面强化了农民工信息权益的保护。
Social justice is founded on the basis of equal right. This paper analyzes the causes of lack of information right of new generation of migrant workers. And then, the paper puts forward some measures for the protection of the information rights of migrant workers such as that strengthen the system construction of information rights of migrant workers, improve the education and training system, promote information literacy of migrant workers, create a harmonious, equitable and inclusive social environments, promote the idea of tolerance, equality public information services.
