当前信息社会存在的信息分化现象,导致农民信息权益的缺失。政府和社会各界应积极发挥职能作用,消除不和谐因素,为农民营造良好的信息环境,确保农民信息权益的实现,构建信息和谐社会.
The information differentiation phenomenon existing in the current information society causes the flaw of informaion rights and interests of the farmer. The government and society from all walks of life should give full play to the fimction, eliminate the unharmonious factor, build the good information environment for the farmer, guarantee the realization of information rights and interests of the farmer, and construct the information harmonious society.
