摘要
本文对三维刚塑性有限元模拟理论及有关技术问题进行了系统的研究,针对模拟过程中的模具型腔曲面几何描述,动态接触边界处理等关键技术提出了有效的算法,开发了相应的三维模拟软件。并以球冲头压缩方坯和曲轴成形为例进行了模拟,计算结果表明所提出的算法和软件系统是可行的。
The Theory and simulation techniques of 3 D rigid plastic finite element are systematically studied in this paper. In accordance with the key techniques such as describing curre surface of dies and handling on clynamic contacting bourdary in simulation, some effective methods of calculation are put forward,and a software for 3 D simulation is developed. Compression of square block with hemispheric punch and forming of crankshaft are simulated by this system, which indicates that the given methods and software are feasible.
