摘要
本文作者以模拟粘塑性板壳成形过程为目的,开发了有限元软件ARVIP-3D。本软件可以用于分析塑料的中空成形、压缩空气成形和真空成形等塑料板壳热成形问题。由于塑料压缩空气成形和真空成形过程是一种周边固定的正压吹塑或负压吸塑成形方法,所以成形零件厚度分布不均匀是非常显著的。本文着重介绍了本程序在塑料板材压缩空气成形和真空成形零件厚度分布控制过程中的应用,给出了盒形件的成形厚度分布控制工艺设计实例。
