摘要
通过浸渍法制备了负载Sn的镁铝水滑石类化合物Sn/HT。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征。研究了其对尿素与1,2-丙二醇合成碳酸丙烯酯的催化性能。考察了催化剂制备条件、反应条件和催化剂的再生性能。结果表明,负载Sn的镁铝水滑石的焙烧产物对尿素与1,2-丙二醇合成碳酸丙烯酯具有比较好的催化活性。当水滑石前驱体中镁铝比为3/1,Sn含量为1.5%,焙烧温度为450℃时制备的催化剂Sn(1.5)/LDO(3)具有最高的催化活性,当尿素与1,2-丙二醇的物质的量比为1∶4时,170℃反应3 h,碳酸丙烯酯的收率达88.26%。催化剂可多次再生重复使用,催化活性稳定。
A series of Sn-impregnated hydrotalcite were prepared by wetness impregnation of calcined hydrotalcite with a solution of SnCl4.The structure of Sn/HT catalysts was characterized using XRD.Synthesis of propylene carbonate from urea and 1,2-propylene glycol on calcined Sn/HT catalysts was carried out in a four-necked glass flask,equipped with a reflux condenser and a magnetical stirrer.The results indicate that Sn/LDO show much a higher activity in synthesis of propylene carbonate.Under the optimal reaction conditions with 1.5% wt.Sn(1.5)/LDO(3) and n(urea)∶n(1,2-propylene glycol)=1∶4,reacting at 170 ℃ for 3 h,the yield of propylene carbonate could reach 88.26%.In a set of reuse experiments,there was almost no reduction of the catalytic activity.The yield of propylene carbonate over regenerated Sn(1.5)/LDO(3) is almost the same as the fresh catalyst.
