摘要
综述了以尿素为原料合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺路线及其催化剂。讨论和比较了尿素经过碳酸丙(乙)烯酯间接醇解合成碳酸二甲酯和尿素直接醇解合成碳酸二甲酯两种工艺路线。尿素直接醇解法工艺路线短,但碳酸二甲酯产率较低;尿素间接法工艺路线相对较长,但碳酸丙烯酯的产率和选择性较高,具有较好的产业化前景。
Process routes and catalysts for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) from urea are reviewed. The indirect alcoholysis route for DMC synthesis from urea through propylene carbonate or ethylene carbonate)-dimethyl carbonate and the direct alcoholysis route for DMC synthesis from urea were discussed and compared. Direct alcoholysis of urea have fewer steps, yet the yield of DMC is low, compared with it, indirect alcoholysis of urea have more steps, but the yield and selectivity are high. and will have commercial prospect.
