摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,各领域对国际化人才需求量越来越大。高校通过输出、引进、融合构筑的国际化人才培养体系下的思想政治工作模式创新,能够更好地发挥思想政治工作的导向、育人、保证功能,服务于具有国际化意识、基础宽厚、适应国际化需求的高质量、创新型高级专业国际化人才的培养。
With the development of economic globalization, there has been an increasing demand for inter- nationalized personnel in all areas. Colleges and universities, through the output, introduction, fusion and estab- lishing the mode innovation of ideological and political work in training internationalized personnel, lhey can play a better role in the function of orientation, training and guarantee of ideological and political work, providing service to cultivation of innovative, senior, specially internationalized personnel with broad basic knowledge and high quality to adapt to the international demand.
