摘要
目的总结手术切除联合羊膜移植及丝裂霉素C敷贴治疗翼状胬肉的护理。方法对48例翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除、予0.2mg/ml丝裂霉素C覆盖暴露的巩膜面及周围的球结膜5min后联合羊膜移植术,并对患者进行术前、术中、术后精心护理和出院后随访。结果术后患者自觉症状轻,角膜上皮愈合平均为2d,随访6个月,48例(48只眼)植片全部成活,未出现护理并发症,有3例复发,复发率为6.25%。结论对手术切除联合羊膜移植及丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的患者严格进行手术前护理和准备极其重要,术中准确配制丝裂霉素C及准备羊膜,术后采取针对性的护理措施能减少手术并发症的发生,大大提高本法治疗的成功率,能有效防止术后胬肉复发。
Objective To study the nursing care for the patients received pterygium resection,mitomycin C exposure and amniotic membrane transplantation.Methods 48 patients with pterygium received pterygial resection,then were exposed to mitomycin C（MMC） 0.2 mg/ml on bare sclera and surrounding bulbar conjunctiva for 5 minutes,then amniotic membrane transplantation was performed on them.The patients were given meticulous nursing before,during and after the operation,and the follow-up was done after their discharge.Results The patients complained of minor subjective symptom after the operation,the cornea epithelial wound was healed within 2 days.During the follow-up in 6 months,transplants endothelium of 48 cases（48 eyes） were all alive without nursing syndrome,except 3 relapse cases.The relapse rate was 6.25%.Conclusion It was very important to provide meticulous nursing for the patients receive pterygium resection,mitomycin C exposure and amniotic membrane transplantation.Cautiously dispensing mitomycin C,well preparing amniotic membrane during the operation and providing meticulous nursing after the operation were very important to reduce surgical syndrome and increase success rate,were greatly effective to prevent pterygium relapse.
