结直肠癌影像诊断方法循证评价 被引量：1

摘要 对结直肠癌的诊断和准确分期选择合适的影像检查方法极为重要。在目前常用的各种影像检查方法中对肿瘤的检出和诊断结肠双对比造影不失为准确、有效、有价值的常用安全检查方法。CT结肠成像和MR结肠成像对直、结肠癌及息肉检出敏感性、特异性较高。MRC能在术前准确预测直肠癌周边受累情况。内镜超声(EUS)对判断结肠癌的局部受侵更为准确。PET检查对评价直结肠癌复发和肝脏转移有较高的准确性。
