低碳高炉炼铁新技术及在安钢应用的可行性 被引量:3

摘要 为贯彻国家节能减排精神,实现"低碳炼铁、节能减排、实现清洁生产"的目标,在不断完善传统节能减排方法(如大喷煤和高风温等)的基础上,还需要进一步开发应用各种新技术和新措施。本文简要介绍了钢铁生产过程CO2的排放情况,重点阐述了高炉系统的CO2的产生及排放现状。同时介绍了为降低CO2排放,高炉炼铁新的研究应用热点,包括高炉使用热压含碳球团、高炉炉顶煤气循环利用、高炉喷吹焦炉煤气,高炉喷吹其它含氢物质等新技术,并就这些技术在安钢的应用进行了可行性分析。 In order to implement the spirit of the national energy saving and emission reduction,to achieve the goal of "low carbon iron making,energy saving and emission reduction,cleaner production",some new techniques and measures need to be further developed and utilized on the basis of continuously perfecting the traditional energy saving and emission reduction such as coal injection and high blast temperature.The paper gives a brief introduction about CO2 emission during the iron and steel production process,emphatically states CO2 generation and emission status of blast furnace system.At the same time it introduces the new research hot points on CO2 emission reduction such as carbon composite iron ore hot briquette charging,top gas recycling utilization,coke oven gas injection,hydrogen-containing materials injection and so on and analyses the techniques' feasibility in Anyang Steel.
