摘要 介绍了广钢炼铁系统(一期)建造年产生铁920万t的3800 m^(3)高炉设计特点和采用的先进技术。高炉设计中采用了高炉长寿、软水密闭结合净环水冷却技术、高风温高顶压、大富氧喷煤、均压放散煤气回收、环保WHBJ渣处理、低耗及清洁生产等一系列国内外先进的大型高炉技术,所有高炉炼铁系统设计和技术代表了当前高炉炼铁的最高装备水平,这些技术的使用保证了高炉生产实现“高效、低耗、长寿、清洁”的目标。 The design features and advanced technologies of the 3800m^(3) blast furnace with an annual iron production of 9.2 million tons built by the Guangzhou Iron and Steel Ironmaking System(Phase I)are introduced.The design of the blast furnace adopts a series of domestic and international such as long life of the blast furnace,soft water tightness combined with clean circulating water cooling technology,high air temperature and high-top pressure,large oxygen-enriched coal injection,pressure equalization and gas recovery,environmentally friendly WHBJ slag treatment,low consumption and clean production,etc.Advanced large-scale blast furnace technology,all blast furnace ironmaking system designs and technologies represent the highest level of equipment for blast furnace ironmaking.The use of these technologies ensures that blast furnace production achieves the goal of"high efficiency,low consumption,longevity and cleanliness".
