摘要
是第26届中国电网调度运行会技术报告节选。报告总结了调度系统近两年的技术工作，指出我国电网调度运行技术、继电保护、电力通信技术均有了飞速发展，全国电网调度自动化系统的装备、应用和开发水平均有了明显的提高，调度系统在“网厂分开，竞价上网”的改革中取得了较好的咸果，并从提高电网安全分析水平，健全三道防线；推行电力市场化改革；EMS应用软件的开发应用；建设高速数据网络4个方面提出了今后的努力方向。
This technical report is selected from the 26th China Electric Power System Control and Operation Conference.After summarizing the technical work in recent years in China. this report points out the rapid strides in dispatching operation technology, protective relaying and electric power communication technology. the distinct improvements in equipment, application and development of dispatching autornation system. as well as the achievements obtained from the reformation of dispatching system. Four aspects for further efforts are proposed. i. e. improving the security analysis of power network and strengthening three lines of defence. introducing electricity marketing reformation. effectively applying EMS application software. and developing high speed data network.
