摘要 以某前摆式焊管机组为例,介绍了其工艺布置、成型器结构和原理及成型调型工艺参数。指出了机组成型的调型原则是:前桥的回转中心、焊垫辊的定位中心以及后桥中心线的垂直投影必须与滑台的中心线严格重合;前桥钢带的递送线要严格平行于前桥中心线,后桥中心线必须平行于成型器底座的中心线;成型器内钢管的出管标高应与后桥扶正器、输出辊道等辅助设备的相关标高协调一致。最后探讨了前摆式螺旋埋弧焊管机组的成型稳定性。 Taking the front-swing type spiral welded pipe unit as an example,it introduced its process layout,structure and working principle of forming machine and forming adjustment parameters.It pointed out the adjusting principles are as following: the circumgyrating center of front bridge,positioning center of welding pad roller and the vertical projection of back bridge centerline will fully coincide with the centerline of slipway;the delivery line of front bridge strip should be parallel to front bridge centerline,back bridge centerline should be parallel to the centerline of forming machine base;the benchmark of pipe output in forming machine should be in accordance with the relevant benchmarks of auxiliary equipment,such as back bridge stabilizer,output roller and so on.Finally,it also discussed forming stability of front-swing type spiral welded pipe unit.
