摘要
简要分析了螺旋埋弧焊管生产中成型辊辊形对焊管外观质量的影响。举例说明了因辊形选择不合理而导致的某成型辊磨损情况。利用解析几何方法,推导出螺旋埋弧焊管2#成型辊辊形曲线方程式,并结合生产实际对成型辊的使用情况进行了分析,提出了选择辊形的办法。分析结果表明,辊形与成型辊的直径大小没有关系,只与成型角和钢管直径有关。
This article briefly analyzed effect of forming roller shape on appearance quality of welded pipe in SAWH pipe production,illustrated certain forming roller abrasion situation caused by unreasonable selecting roller shape.It deduced 2# forming roller shape curve equation of SAWH pipe;analyzed service condition of forming roller combined with production,and put forward method for selecting roller shape.The results showed that roller shape has no connection with forming roller diameter,only has connection with forming angle and steel pipe diameter.
