摘要
小陷胸汤主治小结胸证,小结胸证的主要病机为痰热互结于心下。经过现代医家临床发挥,小陷胸汤已被用于治疗呼吸、循环、消化、代谢、泌尿及免疫等系统多种疾病。考证近15 a来临床用药剂量可见,目前用药剂量明显小于经方剂量。
Xiaoxianxiong Decoction is mainly for the treatment of minor chest bind syndrome whose pathogenesis is the accumulation of phlegm-heat in the chest. With the modem clinical development, Xiaoxianxiong Decoction has been widely used in treating diseases of respiratory, circulatory, digestive, metabolic, urinary and immune systems. From the study of the last 15 years of clinical dosage, it can be seen that the current dosage is obviously less than the elassical prescription dosage.
