摘要
对分离自烤烟根际的解磷菌P04进行鉴定,并通过小区试验探讨其在烤烟生产中的作用。应用16S rDNA序列构建系统发育树,结合生理指标、生化反应,对解磷菌P04进行鉴定,结果表明,该菌株属于肠杆菌属(Enterobacter),初步鉴定为阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)。将解磷菌P04制作菌肥(代号B),在烤烟移栽时施入解磷菌肥(30 kg/hm2),同时施用磷肥(常规施肥的80%),与常规施磷肥(对照)相比,施用解磷菌肥可提高烤烟根际解磷菌的数量,平均提高28.19%;不同生长期烤烟叶片中磷的平均含量提高19.13%,达到显著水平;烤烟产量、产值和均价也高于对照。施用解磷菌肥,尽管磷肥减施了20%,但对烤烟生产没有影响,并有一定的促进作用。首次报道了烤烟根际具有解磷作用的阴沟肠杆菌,将其制成解磷菌肥施用,可以增加烤烟根际解磷菌数量,提高烤烟的产量、质量。
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria P04 isolated from flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere was identified,and applied to reduce dosage of chemical P fertilizer in flue-cured tobacco production.Phosphate solubilizing bacteria P04 was identified as Enterobacter sp.,maybe Enterobacter cloacae by phylogenetic tree based on 16S rDNA sequences,the physiological and biochemical reaction.Phosphate solubilizing bacteria fertilizer prepared using P04 was used to flue-cured tobacco production.In this study,phosphate solubilizing bacteria fertilizer was employed by 30kg/ha when flue-cured tobacco transplanted in plots with minus 20% P dosage of full fertilizer.Results showed that employing phosphate solubilizing bacteria fertilizer increased the average amount of phosphate solubilizing bacteria in tobacco rhizosphere by 28.19%.The average contents of P in tobacco leaves at different growth stages significantly increased by 19.13%.Accordingly the yield and production value with phosphate solubilizing bacteria fertilizer were slightly improved compared to control.The results suggested that phosphate solubilizing bacteria fertilizer allowed reduced application rates of chemical P fertilizers.To our knowledge,this is the first report on phosphate solubilizing bacteria Enterobacter cloacae in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere and employing of it could enhance significantly the account of phosphate solubilizing bacteria in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere and the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
