摘要
导弹预警系统的作战活动效能评价是亟需解决的问题。根据其作为复杂信息系统的特点,引入适合求解信息系统效能的评估方法,该方法根据系统内雷达、红外预警卫星、各型数据链和地面通信网、指挥中心等节点的效能隶属度函数,依据导弹预警的不同作战活动,度量了节点的任务完成能力,计算了导弹预警系统在不同作战活动下的效能,并针对不同射程的导弹进行了结果分析,研究过程可应用到导弹预警系统的效能评估。
Effectiveness evaluation of operational activities to missile early warning system becomes a problem urgently needed to be solved. According to the characteristics of complicated information system, a valid evaluation method is proposed to be solved. In the node of various type such as radar, infrared warning satellite, air-ground data link, communication network, command center, the method uses improved information entropy to measure the task accomplish ability of the node based on the degree of membership. On the basic, according to a certain scenario, information entropy of missile early warning is calculated in different operational activities, then model verifacation and sensitivity analysis are performed. The research process is applicable to early warning system of missile.
