摘要
根据天波超视距雷达的组成和作战任务,建立了作战效能评估指标体系和层次结构,提出了作战效能指标的量化评判方法,最后用效能指标聚合层次分析法对天波超视距雷达的作战效能进行评估,并通过算例对方法的有效性进行了检验。结果表明运用该方法对天波超视距雷达进行作战效能评估是切实可行的。
Considering the tasks and structure of sky wave over the horizon radar（SWOTHR）,its index system of operational effectiveness evaluation and the corresponding hiberarchy are established.The method of quantizing evaluation indicators of operational effectiveness is presented.At the end,the operational effectiveness of the SWOTHR is evaluated by means of polymerized indicators with the analytical hierarchy process（AHP）,and the validity of the method is given with a example.The result shows that the evaluation model of SWOTHR presented in this paper is doable.
