硫和钇在含钇Ni_3Al基IC6合金高温氧化过程中的界面行为 被引量:7

Interface Behavior of Sulfur and Yttrium in the Yttrium Modified Ni_3Al Base Alloy IC6 during High Temperature Oxidation Process

摘要 利用电子探针的元素线扫描技术, 研究了添加钇后的IC6 合金中钇和硫在1100 ℃氧化时的界面行为。发现加钇后, 由于在金属熔体中钇能脱硫, 同时形成的富钇相也能在高温氧化过程中作为硫的陷阱, 减少了硫在氧化物/ 基体界面上的扩散偏聚, 提高了氧化物/基体之间的结合力, 使得所形成的氧化物不易剥落, 从而提高合金的高温抗氧化能力。钇提高IC6 合金高温抗氧化能力的另一个原因是, 钇能扩散到所形成的氧化物的晶界, 提高氧化物的晶界结合强度, 使得氧化皮剥落裂纹从未加钇的沿晶裂纹转变为加钇后的穿晶裂纹。 The interface behavior of sulfur and yttrium in the yttrium modified Ni 3Al base alloy IC6 oxidized at 1100 ℃ was analyzed by the X ray line scan of electron probe microstructural analysis. The results show that the migration and concentration of sulfur to the interface between oxide and substrate are decreased due to the presence of yttrium, which is attributed to the desulfurization by yttrium in the melt and trapping roles played by the phase rich in yttrium during high temperature oxidation process, and hence the coherence between oxide and substrate is improved. Another reason of improving the high temperature oxidation resistance of alloy IC6 by the addition of yttrium is that yttrium migrates to the oxide grain boundary during oxidation process to improve the oxide grain boundary strength, which results in the change of the oxide scale spallation cracks of the yttrium modified alloy from intergranular to be tansgranular.
