摘要
目的探索临床医学生的医德现状及医学伦理学的教学对策。方法采用自制量表对广州医学院2006~2008级临床医学本科生进行问卷调查,共发放1000份,回收有效问卷978份。结果用U检验对数据的百分率进行比较分析,得出在对医德与医术间关系、不良医风现象、医患沟通、知情同意等方面,学过医学伦理学的医学生有正确认识和态度的比例高于未学过者(P<0.05);两组学生都认为医学伦理学应由复合型医学伦理学教师教学,以临床教师的言传身教的教学方式最有效(P<0.01)。结论应根据医学生的医德现状特点,强化临床教师伦理精神的示范作用,加强医患沟通技巧的训练,使学生能正确处理各种道德冲突。
Objectives:To explore the current situation of medical ethics among medical undergraduates and countermeasures of medical ethics education. Methods : Medical undergraduates of three different grades in Guangzhou medical university are investigated, with 978 valid questionnaires collected from in total 1000 self - made questionnaires. Results: With U - test analysis, undergraduates who have learned the course of medical ethics have got a higher score compared with those who have not in terms of the interraction of medical ethics and medical skills, harmful medical ethos, doctor - patient communication, and informed consent ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Both groups of students thought that medical ethics course should be taught by teachers with multi -skills, and the most effective teaching way is the combination of personal example as well as verbal instruction by clinical teachers ( P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion : Teaching methods should be adjusted according to the present situation of medical ethics among undergraduates, with clinical teachers" exemplary role strengthened and training on doctor -patient communication skill improved, to help medical undergraduates better process moral conflicts in their future clinical practice.
