摘要
新一代高通量基因组学技术在急性髓细胞白血病(acute myelocytic leukemia,AML)的应用,为AML分子遗传学的研究提供了崭新的平台。随着AML相关突变和异常表达基因的发现,我们对AML的异质性和预后分级有了新的认识,也必将为AML分子靶向治疗和个体化治疗提供强有力依据。
The application of next-generation high throughout genomics techniques in acute myeloid leukemia provides a new platform for study of molecular genetics of acute myelocytic leukemia(AML).We have deeper knowledge for the heterogeneity and prognostic stratification of AML,with the discovery of new AML-related gene mutations and aberrant gene expressions which also would provide powerful evidences for molecular targeting therapy and individualized therapy of AML.
