摘要
针对电子机械制动(EMB)汽车,基于目标电控单元进行了汽车稳定性控制系统(VSC)的软件开发。首先分析了软件功能,搭建了开发架构和软件流程图,然后采用C语言手写代码的方式进行程序的编写,并构建了基于XPC Target技术和CAN网络的硬件在环测试平台。最后通过硬件在环试验验证了汽车稳定性控制(VSC)电控单元与EMB系统的匹配性能及VSC系统的控制效果。
A software of the vehicle stability control(VSC) system was developed based on the target ECU for the vehicle with the electro magnetic brake(EMB). The functions of the software were analyzed, development frame and software flowchart were established. A program was compiled by means of the handwritten code of C programming language. A hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform was built based on XPC Target and CAN network. The matching performance of VSC ECU and EMB system and the control effectiveness of VSC system were verified by the hardware-in-the- loop simulation platform.
