由于炼铁高炉本体基础混凝土体积厚大,通常为大体积混凝土,故混凝土因水泥水化热不易散发,造成混凝土内外温差较大,从而导致温度应力裂缝的产生,给工程安全埋下了严重的质量隐患。为了有效地防止有害裂缝的产生,因此需要从原材料上、技术措施等有关环节做好充分的准备工作,才能保证高炉基础大体积混凝土的质量。
