摘要
[目的]穴位注射为主的方法治疗三叉神经痛的患者的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机制。[方法]将56例三叉神经痛的患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组27例,应用穴位注射为主的方法治疗,对照组29例,应用西药卡马西平治疗,疗程14天,治疗后行疗效评定。[结果]治疗后,治疗组27例患者中显效21例,好转6例,总有效率达100%,总体疗效优于对照组,其疗效确切。[结论]穴位注射为主的方法治疗三叉神经痛的患者的临床疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To point injection of trigeminal neuralgia treatment of patients with clinical curative effect,and discusses its treatment mechanism.[Method]56 cases with trigeminal neuralgia,which is divided into two groups at random,application in treatment group and the point injection method treatment group,the application of 29 patients treated western carbamazepine,treatment,the treatment effect after 14 days.[Results] After treatment,the treatment group and patients got improved 21 cases,6,the total effective rate up to 100%,overall efficacy than control group,the symptoms.[Conclusion] The method point injection of trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with the clinical curative effect,it is worth popularizing.
