摘要
目的探讨三叉神经痛的有效治疗方法。方法应用蜂毒穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛36例,并与单纯针刺36例对照。结果蜂毒穴位注射治疗三叉神经痛总有效率为94.4%,单纯针刺治疗总有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂毒疗法治疗三叉神经痛疗效优于单纯针刺。
Objective To explore an effective treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Thirty-six patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated by point injection of bee venom.Another 36 patients were treated with simple acupuncture as a control.Results Treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by point injection of bee venom had a total efficacy rate of 94.4% and treatment with simple acupuncture,a total efficacy rate of 75.0%.There was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of bee venom treatment on trigeminal neuralgia is superior to that of simple acupuncture.
