摘要
目的:评价不同针灸方法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究的方法,按照患者自愿就诊的诊室,将患者分为3组,第1组采用电针治疗,第2组采用芒针治疗,第3组采用火针治疗。在此基础上,3组均采用辨证取穴和局部取穴治疗相结合。通过VAS视觉模拟量表、疼痛持续时间、疼痛发作频率、起效时间和再次发作时间评价不同疗法的近远期疗效。结果 :从VAS量表、疼痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间等指标来看,疗后与疗前差值、随访与疗前差值3组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明3组治疗该病的近、远期疗效相当;从起效时间及再次发作时间来看3组疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:三种针灸方法治疗原发性三叉神经痛均有效,安全可靠。
Objective：To observe effects and safety of different acupuncture methods on primary trigeminal neuralgia.Method：Cohort studie was conducted,cases were divided into three groups according their voluntary consulting room.Group 1 patients accepted electric acupuncture,group 2 patients accepted long needle therapy,group 3 patients accepted fire needle therapy.Three groups all us syndrome differentiated acupoints combining local points.Results：The difference after treatment of VAS score,pain frequency and duration time had no significant difference（P0.05）,it indicated that the three methods have same effects.The evaluation carried out in the 3th month after treatment,it showed the same result.The onset time and recurrence time had no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Three acupuncture methods all have effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia.
