摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌浸润性导管癌组织中MMP-9及AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织及60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达,并分析二者与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白在浸润性导管癌中的表达率分别是86.67%(52/60)及90.00%(54/60),明显高于在乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的表达率,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);在伴有淋巴结转移的浸润性导管癌组织中MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.003;P=0.023),组织学分级越低二者蛋白的表达越高(P=0.003;P=0.023)。结论:人乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中MMP-9和AnnexinⅡ蛋白的异常表达与肿瘤的浸润转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expressions and signifieanees of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. The correlation between the two indexes and the clinical pathological features of breast carcinoma was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 86. 67% (52/60)and 90.00% (54/60)respectively, and they were significantly higher than that in breast fibroadenoma tissue (P 〈 0. 001 ). In metastatic groups, the positive rates of the expressions of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in non-metastatic group ( P = 0. 003 ; P = 0. 023 ). The positive rates of the expression of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ in high histological grade group were significantly higher than those in low histological grade group( P = 0. 003 ; P = 0, 023 ). Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of MMP- 9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in human breast carcinoma may be related to the invasion and metastasis of beast carcinoma.
