摘要
电能质量扰动参数估计能够为电能质量的监测与控制提供定量的参考信息。提出了基于极小值点和斜率畸变点Dyn测度的扰动参数估计方法。设计新颖的Dyn测度算法,并构造了三个意义明确的特征量。利用这三个特征量对扰动进行参数估计,计算量小,可实现实时计算。通过对电压下跌、振荡暂态、切痕的单一扰动与混合扰动的参数估计,证明此种监测方法可行。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Parameter estimation of power quality disturbances can provide a quantitative reference for power quality monitoring and control.A method for disturbance parameter estimation is presented based on the Dynamics of minimum point and the slope distortion point.A novel algorithm to detect Dynamics is designed and three characteristic quantities with explicit meaning are derived.The three quantities can be used in parameter estimation of disturbances with less computational load and real-time computing.Simulation results show this monitoring method is feasible by using the parameters estimation of single disturbance or mixed disturbance of voltage sags,oscillatory transients and the notches.It also shows the effectiveness of the method.
