摘要
电能质量扰动的参数估计可为电能质量的控制与管理提供定量参考信息,探求准确有效的参数估计方法十分必要。因此提出了用于估计电能质量扰动参数的时域综合分析方法。该方法基于已有的研究成果,以升降度A1、用于分析谐波、切痕和振荡暂态的A2、专用于分析切痕持续时间的A3这3个特征量为基础进行参数估计。这3个特征量的物理意义明确,不受其他扰动影响且计算量小,抗噪性强,可实现对谐波总畸变率、电压波动周期及波动值、电压下跌的起止时刻和下跌幅度、振荡暂态的起始时刻及振荡参数、切痕的深度与时间的乘积等参数的估计。所提方法对混合扰动同样有效,仅个别参数的估计精度不如单一扰动。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Parameter estimation of power quality disturbances will be a quantitive reference for power quality control and management, so it is necessary to find an effective and accurate method of parameter estimation. Thus, a time domain integration analysis method for parameter estimation of power quality disturbances was presented. In the proposed method, three parameters can be used in parameter estimation based on existent research results. The three parameters have definite meaning and are hardly influenced by other disturbances, and they also have lower computational load and eharaeteristic of being better anti-noised. The estimable parameters inelude the total harmon- ic distortion, voltage fluctuation period and value, the start-terminal time of voltage sags and the sagging amplitude, the start-terminal time of oscillatory transients and its oseillatory parameters, the products of the notches depth and time. The proposed method is also applied to the mixed disturbances, there are very few parameters whose accuracy is lower than that in single disturbance. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
