摘要
目的了解移居高原人群返平原后的血清性激素水平。方法选择参与青藏铁路二期工程施工且累计时间在6个月及以上的男性员工515人作为高原组,未参与青藏铁路施工且工作性质、环境、年龄等因素与高原组大致相同的男性员工212人作为对照组。于2008年4—10月,分别测定血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果高原组血清P水平均高于对照组(且更接近正常范围中间值);血清T正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各项指标与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义。在控制年龄因素的前提下,该人群血清P水平与海拔高度、高原居留时间呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与返回平原的时间呈负相关(P<0.05);FSH、T、E2、LH、PRL水平与施工海拔、高原暴露时间、返平原时间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论本次调查的高原组人群与性激素指标相关的脱习服过程已基本结束;高原经历未对其性激素水平造成远期影响。
Objective To understand the sex hormone level in the serum of the people returned to plains from high plateau.Methods The population of 515 male workers was chosen as the observation group,who joined the stage 2 of Qinghai-Tibet Railway construction project and cumulatively lived on high plateau for more than 6 months.The population of 212 male workers was chosen as the control group who had the same conditions but joined that project.Follicular-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,prolactin（PRL）,progesterone（P）,Testosterone（T） and Estradiol（E2） were determined.Results Observation group and all sub-groups had a higher blood serum P level than the control group,they were positively correlated to the altitude and the residence time on plateau（P0.05,P0.01）,negatively correlated to the time returned to plains;Observation group had a higher normal rate of serum T level.All other test items had no statistical significances between two groups.on the assumption of controlling the age factor,in observation group,the serum levels of FSH,T,E2,LH and PRL did not show a correlation with working altitude,residence time on plateau and time returned to plains（P0.05）.Conclusion Sex hormones index related de-acclimatization process of the observation group is basically completed.Plateau experiences doesn＇t show an obvious long term effect on sexual hormones index.
