薄芝糖肽联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:比较薄芝糖肽联合窄谱中波紫外线与单用NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将101例银屑病患者分为联合治疗组(n=56)和单一治疗组(n=45),两组患者均给予NB-UVB照射治疗,共8周,联合治疗组同时给予薄芝糖肽4 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次/天,疗程为3周。结果:联合治疗组和单一治疗组有效率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NB-UVB联合薄芝糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病疗效较单用NB-UVB的疗效显著。
