摘要
目的:探讨薄芝糖肽联合电离子治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效及安全性。方法:随机将67例CA患者分为两组,A组37例,单纯应用电离子法治疗;B组30例,薄芝糖肽联合电离子治疗。结果:A组和B组复发率分别为62.16%、33.33%(χ2=5.51,P<0.05)。结论:薄芝糖肽联合电离子法治疗CA疗效明显高于单纯应用电离子治疗。
Objective To explore the treatment efficacy and safety of electricion operating apparatus combined bozhitangtai in treating condyloma acuminate. Methods 67 cases of CA patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：group A 37 cases, a simple application of electricion therapy, group B 30 cases, Treatment with electricion operating apparatus combined bozhitangtai. Results The recurrence rates of Group A and Group B were 68 % ,45 % respectively （χ^2 = 7. 80, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of electricion operating apparatus combined bozitangtai in treating condyloma acuminata is significantly higher than that of simple electricion therapy.
