摘要
目的探讨薄芝糖肽注射液治疗重症水痘的疗效和安全性。方法将120例重症水痘病例随机分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组),A组用薄芝糖肽联用利巴韦林治疗,B组用利巴韦林治疗,两组疗程和其他对症治疗相同,比较两组的退热时间、皮疹结痂及住院时间。结果A组退热、皮疹结痂及住院时间明显短于B组,差异有显著性(<0.01),未见明显不良反应发生。结论薄芝糖肽注射液对重症水痘有较好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To explore the ef icacy and safety of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection for severe varicel a.Methods 120 cases of severe varicel a cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(A group)and control group(group B),group A with Bozhi glycopeptide therapy combined with Leigh Bhave Lin,B group with Leigh Bhave Lin treatment,two groups of treatment and other symptomatic treatment,compared with two groups of abatement time of fever,rash crusting and hospital time.Results In A group,fever,rash crusting and hospitalization time was significantly shorter in the B group,there was significant dif erence(<0.01),no significant adverse events.Conclusion Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection has bet er ef icacy and safety of severe varicel a.
