摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者外周血中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达及其与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。方法:应用巢式逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法对70例乳腺癌患者的外周血胰岛素样生长因子-1的表达进行测定,以乳腺良性疾病患者及健康志愿者外周血测定作为对照。结果:IGF-1 mRNA在乳腺癌患者、乳腺良性疾病患者及健康志愿者外周血中表达逐渐降低,IGF-1/β-actin比值分别为0.352±0.049、0.185±0.039、0.175±0.049,乳腺癌组与乳腺良性疾病及健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGF-1 mRNA的表达与乳腺癌的肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、ER状态显著相关(P<0.05),与年龄、病理类型、PR状态无关(P>0.05)。结论:IGF-1在乳腺癌患者的外周血中高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展及转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer.Methods: The mRNA expression levels of IGF-1 were assessed by RT-PCR method in human peripheral blood of breast cancer,breast benignancy disease and healthy volunteers.Results: The mRNA levels of IGF-1 decreased from the breast cancer patients,benign breast disease patients to healthy volunteers.The ratios of IGF-1/β-actin were 0.352±0.049、0.185±0.039、0.175±0.049,the differences between the breast cancer group and the benign breast disease group and healthy volunteers were significant(P0.05).IGF-1 was closely correlated with breast cancer tumor size,lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and ER status(P0.05),while insignificantly correlated with age,pathological type and PR status(P0.05). Conclusion: The overexpression of IGF-1 in peripheral blood of breast cancer is correlated with the pathogenesis,development and metastasis of breast cancer.
