摘要
目的:观察平阳霉素-地塞米松治疗面部脉管性疾病的疗效及护理体会。方法:对68例脉管性疾病患者按体重在瘤体局部注射平阳霉素-地塞米松混合液,平阳霉素总量不超过40mg。结果:68例患者经过平阳霉素-地塞米松治疗后,治愈42例,基本治愈19例,好转5例,无效2例,不良反应包括发热4例,恶心呕吐6例,腹泻3例,肿瘤局部感染5例。结论:平阳霉素-地塞米松治疗面部脉管性疾病疗效好,不良反应少,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate effects of the pingyangmycin-dexamethasone in treatment of facial hemangioma and its nursing experience.Methods Sixty-eight patients with maxillofacial hemangioma were treated with local injection of pingyangmycin-dexamethasone mixture according to their weight.The total amount of pingyangmycin dose should be limited in 40mg.Results After treatment,42 cases were cured,19 cases were basic cured,5 cases were improved,and 2 cases were invalid.The side effects included fever in 4 cases,nausea and vomiting in 6 cases,diarrhea in 3 cases,and local tumor infection in 5 cases.Conclusions Pingyangmycin-dexamethasone is good in treatment of hemangioma with less adverse reactions,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
