摘要
目的:探讨采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松进行局部注射在血管瘤治疗上的效果。方法:以我院2003年6月~2013年6月收治的278例血管瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者经常规消毒,行平阳霉素和地塞米松瘤体内注射。结果:经局部注射治疗后,总有效患者数为240例,占全体患者的86.33%。所有患者均未出现过敏、发热等症状。结论:采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松联合治疗血管瘤具有安全有效的有点,在临床上可以推广使用。
Objective:To discuss the effect of Pingyangmycin and hexadecadrol local injection in hemangioma treatment. Method:Selecting 213 patients treated in the hospital from June,2003,to June,2013 as the research subject. All of them were groovy disinfected,and injected with Pingyangmycin and hexadecadrol. Result:After local injection,240 patient had effective treatment result,accounting for 86.33%. None of the patients had symptoms like allergy,and fever,etc. Conclusion:Adopting Pingyangmycin and hexadecadrol is a safe way to treat hemangioma,and it can be promoted in clinic.
