摘要
通过中药对离体猪蛔虫疗效的研究,结果表明18种中药中有效率在10%～30%的有使君子、牵牛花、雷丸3种;有效率在40%～60%的有牛蒡子、金樱子、龙胆草、苦参、小麦秆、厚朴和南瓜子7种;有效率在80%～90%的有贯众、五味子2种;有效率在100%的有香苦丁、狼毒、石菖蒲、鹤虱、小叶烟、槟榔6种。
Through the study on curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on in-vitro Ascaris sum,results showed that in eighteen kinds of traditional Chinese medicines;Three of them got the effciency from 10% to 30%,such as Fructus quisqualis,Pharhiris nil qianniuhua,and Omphalia lapidescens Schroet;Seven of them got the efficiency from 40% to 60%,such as Arctium lappa,Rosa laevigata,Gentiana Scabra Bunge,Sophora flavescens,straw of wheat,Magnolia officinalis,and pumpkin seed;Two of them such as Dryopteris setosa（Thunb.）Akasawa and Schisandra chinensis（Turcz.）Baill got the efficiency from 80% to 90%;Six of them got the efficiency of 100%,such as Ilex Latifolia Thunb,Stellera chamaejasme,Acorus tatarinowill Schott,Fructus Carpesii,small tobacco leaf and Areca catechu.
