摘要
宁波城市职业技术学院文秘专业根据人才培养目标及社会发展与需求,在校内成立了模拟公司——校园秘书服务公司,公司运作完全仿真化,形成以"学生"为主体、以"在做中学"为重点、以掌握"职业技能"为目标,融"教、学、做"为一体的强素质、重能力的实践课程教学模式。
In order to attain the cultivation targets of secretarial major of Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology as well as to meet the needs of social development,the Simulating Company named Campus Secretarial Service is established.By simulating company operation mode,this teaching pattern emphasizes on the concept of ＂learning in practicing＂ and ＂student-orientation＂.It aims at professional techniques acquisition and thus is characterized as higher integration of ＂teaching,learning and practicing＂ teaching pattern,which reinforces students＇ quality and ability.
