粉煤加压气化锁斗开关阀故障分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF FAILURE OF ON-OFF VALVE ON LOCK HOPPER IN PRESSURIZED PULVERIZED-COAL GASIFICATION

摘要 锁斗开关阀在粉煤加压气化工艺中对系统的整体正常运行处于比较重要的地位,锁斗开关阀的故障甚至有可能造成气化炉的被迫停车。目前,绝大多数粉煤加压气化装置中所采用的硬密封球阀故障率相当高,连续在线的免维护时间也比较短,存在开关球阀容易卡死,运行稳定性差的问题,对系统的长周期运行具有不可忽视的影响。通过详细分析球阀在这种工艺条件下高故障率产生的原因,提出制造或维护的要点,介绍业内新的阀门解决方案。 The lock hopper on-off valves in the pressurized pulverized-coal gasification process are in a relatively important position for the normal operation of the entire system and the failure of lock hopper valve may even possibly cause a forced shut-down of gasifier.At present,the failure rate of hard-sealed ball valves employed in most pressurized pulverized-coal gasification plants is quite high and a continuous, online maintenance-free time is comparatively short with an easy-stuck of ball valve and a poor running stability having a noticeable impact on the system's long-cycle operation.With a detailed analysis of the causes for high failure rate of the ball valve under such process conditions the key points in manufacturing and maintenance are put forward and the new valve solutions within the industry introduced.
