摘要
对新加坡南洋理工学院学生心智培育与管理进行了实地考察,该校学生心智教育与管理的特色主要体现在目标定位、机构设置、活动管理、校园规划设计和教师的示范作用等方面,从明确学校和学生工作定位、丰富学生活动和合理配置人力资源等方面给人们以启示与思考.结合我国高职院校学生工作的实际,提出应确立和落实"以生为本"理念,关注学生需求,健全体制机制,以促进学生职业素质的养成和全面发展.
The author conducted a field survey of cultivation and managment of the students＇ minds of Nanyang Polytechnic and found out the characteristics of its cultivation and management are mainly embodied as target location,structure establishment,activity management,campus planning and teachers＇ demonstration effect.They have given us the enlightement and thinking from aspects of clarifying target location of colleges and students＇ affairs,enriching students＇ activities and configuring human resource reasonably.Based on the facts of students＇ affairs in Chinese higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward that we should establish and implement the idea of taking students as root,concerning students＇ needs and perfecting system mechanism to prove students＇ and nurturance of professional accomplishment overall development.
