摘要
对食品企业员工中非正式组织的特征、形成因素进行了简单的分析,并以江西国鸿集团有限公司为样本,对员工中非正式组织的成因类别、存在问题进行了定性的分析,并提出了一些可行的管理方法。
The characteristics and the formation factors to the informal organization among the employees of food companies are analyzed simply.Taking the Hong Group Co.,Ltd.Jiangxi as the sample,there was a qualitative analysis of the informal organization among the employees about the problem and the causes of type.Some possible methods of management to the informal organization was put forward.
